Skills for Care recently released their new induction toolkit to ensure a positive and welcoming start for new workers. The toolkit guides you through various stages of the induction process with practical advice, checklists and resources to support each stage. Booking is now open for SESCA’s next round of training for newly arrived overseas care workers. The training is delivered online via live tutor-led group sessions and is available to CQC-registered adult social care providers operating in the South East.
