This week’s newsletter explores ways to create a collaborative workplace culture to improve the quality of services offered in a health and social care setting.
There have been many developments since MILE last covered recruitment in our June 2023 newsletter. For example, at the start of the year the government released information on the new care workforce pathway developed in partnership with Skills for Care to clearly define the key knowledge, skills, values and behaviours needed for a career in social care.
We thought it was time to share more resources to help you navigate the complexities and challenges of attracting and retaining talent in the dynamic field of health and social care. This newsletter shares some of the latest insights, trends, and best practices to help your service thrive. As the world of social care recruitment is ever-changing, please expect more on this topic in our future newsletters!
International recruitment has been a key discussion in the sector over the last few months, and this March a new guide was released by Skills for Care in partnership with the Department of Health and Social Care to support good practice.
