Applications open for the ‘Digital leadership programme’!

Applications are open for the next ‘Digital leadership programme’ with Skills for care & the National Care Forum. The course consists of four workshops on Thursdays 19th September, 26th September, 3rd October & 10th October 2024.

Course description:
‘This learning programme will support both new and experienced managers to have the underpinning skills, knowledge and models of digital leadership that can be practically applied when implementing technology in a care service and promote best practice. It will improve confidence in identifying how digital technology supports the delivery of quality care and will enable managers to identify technology in the market, understand the barriers to technology adoption and how an organisation may choose to address them.’

The strategy makes recommendations based on input from ‘thousands of stakeholders’, current legislation, and new workforce data with the aim ‘to attract, retain, train and transform the workforce.’
