Free Modern Day Slavery Training for West Sussex providers

West Sussex Partners in Care have organised three free modern day slavery training sessions for providers in West Sussex.

Date options:

  • Tuesday 3rd September, 09:45am – 12:45pm: Town Hall, Worthing.
  • Tuesday 17th September, 10:00am – 13:00pm: Novium Museum, Chichester.
  • Monday 23rd September, 10:00am – 13:00pm: St Catherine’s Hospice, Crawley.

West Sussex County Council are providing health and social care services with the following ‘Preventing Infection Workbooks’ for free:

What do the booklets cover?

  • Latest national guidance
  • Evidence-based information
  • 18 topics including the 10 Standard infection control precautions, aseptic technique, specimen collection, preventing a UTI, urinary catheter care, viral gastroenteritis/norovirus, clostridioides difficile, M.R.S.A. and M.R.G.N.B.
