The programme is aimed at both new and experienced managers & supports delegates to learn how to influence and implement changes to address current and future challenges to service needs. The programme supports delegates to consider their own leadership styles and focus on the impact of these to themselves and their team. The programme also contains practical strategies to develop delegates’ leadership skills, enabling them to lead change, manage sensitively and ultimately improve the quality of care delivered.
