This short course aims to provide the knowledge needed to understand how to lead and motivate a team. Learn methods of effective communication, how to motivate a team or individual and team development.

Gain the key skills needed to effectively manage team members through planning and allocating day to day activities in the workplace. Our online CPD Planning and Allocating Work course can open a variety of employment opportunities for individuals and provides employers with the opportunity to develop staffs’ management skills. It will build knowledge of the fundamentals of project planning and allocating work, as well as developing the core skill sets needed for team management, performance management, project management, and more.

This course is designed to help you develop the skills needed to reflect on your working life and contribute even more effectively to the strategic direction of your organisation. By improving your own sense of purpose, you can identify ways to promote an engaging, forward-looking culture within your organisation that supports purpose-led approaches to work related problems.

This development series is based on insights and experience drawn from work with a number of Integrated Care Systems across England. It will explore what partnership working looks like across teams and organisations. What does this mean for leaders? It is co-designed with input from with the NHSLA and local representatives to understand their current challenges and opportunities. 6 modules in topics including Leading alongside your local communities and Improving the health of our local communities

This Motivating and Inspiring the Team course is aimed at all staff who have responsibility of motivating staff to enhance performance, including Team Leaders, Seniors and Managers.It explores what motivates staff; looks at the effects of intrinsic and extrinsic motivators, as well as understanding how to effectively inspire and motivate individuals and teams. The course utilises a range of interactive activities to support the learning and its practical application.
