It can also support recruitment and selection to leadership and management roles and inform the design of staff development and leadership learning programmes.

The Roffey Park Leadership Development Programme is aimed at mid-level managers within organisations. It is also useful for individuals working with multiple teams in a matrix or project environment. This is a comprehensive leadership development programme over a three-month period

Developing practical coaching skills for managers-This course is highly interactive and experiential. It will enable you to understand the fundamental principles, purpose, limitations and benefits of coaching as a management tool. Through our design, you will practise coaching skills for managers that will transform how you communicate, interact and grow your team. This approach develops staff, enhances team cohesion and supports productivity.

Roffey Park’s masters in organisational development is an established, internationally recognised master’s qualification in the field of organisational development. The MSc in People and Organisational Development is designed as a practical, experiential OD qualification. The programme is delivered through a mixture of virtually taught components, online materials and self-directed group learning. Associate partner of the University of Sussex who act as validating authority for our MSc in People and Organisational Development.

The Healthcare Leadership Model Self-Assessment Tool is designed to help people understand their leadership behaviours and to highlight areas of strength and areas for development.  

The tool encourages people to think about which dimensions of the Healthcare Leadership Model are particularly important for their role and will help to inform future development plans.

The digital tool is in a questionnaire format, it’s interactive, intuitive and free to access. 

This apprenticeship provides learners with high-level leadership and management skills, core competencies and desired behaviours to become more effective leaders. The apprenticeship aims to develop inclusive leaders who are responsible for developing ethical, innovative and supportive cultures with the ability to deliver results, manage complexity and instigate change.

The Leadership Qualities Framework (LQF) focuses on the values and behaviours that provide the foundations for effective leadership in social care.
