THREE quick questions for EAST SUSSEX residential care & nursing homes

Equipment Service (ICES) provides essential equipment to support people living in their own homes, including care homes. This includes items such as profiling beds, mobile hoists, bathing aids and mobility equipment. Following assessment by a health or social care practitioner, equipment is loaned and then delivered, maintained, repaired and collected by Millbrook Healthcare on behalf of NHS Sussex and East Sussex County Council.

Sometimes, equipment is not returned when an individual dies. NHS Sussex and East Sussex County Council are keen to understand why, and are inviting colleagues to complete a short anonymous survey to help inform improvements.
