Leading and prioritising team wellbeing

Leaders are responsible for creating a culture where wellbeing is supported and there is no stigma in asking for support when needed. They can do this by acknowledging the importance of both their own and their team’s wellbeing and modelling good self-care practices. It is important that leaders have a good awareness of what support and resources are out there so they can signpost their team to these when needed.
