The Healthcare Leadership Model Self-Assessment Tool is designed to help people understand their leadership behaviours and to highlight areas of strength and areas for development.  

The tool encourages people to think about which dimensions of the Healthcare Leadership Model are particularly important for their role and will help to inform future development plans.

The digital tool is in a questionnaire format, it’s interactive, intuitive and free to access.
