The main focus of this area of inspection is the risk assessment process and how you involve the people you support in deciding what’s appropriate, ensuring you and your staff teams help and document this. This focus also includes your ability to review risks and support longer-term improvement, as well as the safety of the equipment and your staff’s ability to use it.
