This is a two-day face to face event for frontline health and social care staff working with adults who would like the opportunity to take a lead in promoting and enabling person centred practice in their service. Staff will develop skills that will support them to engage/involve/consult with people through meaningful conversations, to ensure people’s preferences are known and acted upon.
