Our Building Your Authority programme is designed to support leaders at all levels to work more effectively towards positive change within a challenging and evolving health and care system. Over five days, the programme offers a reflective space to take stock, review your leadership journey and prepare for future challenges.

Developing Influence and Impact focuses on developing the skills and knowledge necessary to influence and manage challenges within today’s organisations. This course is for those that are leading, managing or collaborating with others and want to have more impact in their interactions

This half day webinar is an introduction for all staff who would like to improve their influence and persuasion skills. The aim of this session is to explore ideas and theories of how to influence and persuade others, define what is meant by influence and persuasion, list a range of communication styles to influence and persuade Identify and a range of influencing and persuasive behaviours

The Nye Bevan programme accelerates people into executive roles that span organisational boundaries; and supports senior leaders to move beyond leadership within their area of expertise. Delivered in partnership with KPMG, PwC and other international and national experts in health and organisational performance, the programme offers support and learning to build personal resilience, confidence and capabilities over 12 months.

This highly interactive and experiential programme will help you increase your self-awareness and understand your personal impact and influence. You will develop the flexibility to adapt your behaviour in challenging situations, rather than reacting out of habit.
