This Disciplinary & Grievance Procedures Training Course is designed to help managers and employers ensure that their disciplinary procedures are fair, consistent and support everyone in the workplace.

By the end of the training, learners will know best practice for dealing with employee misconduct, how to conduct an appropriate investigation and disciplinary hearing, and understand the different sanctions that employees may be given.
