This practical guide helps organisations plan and strengthen staff engagement during major change. Developed with over 300 participants across health and care, it introduces two complementary tools: one to measure staff experience of engagement, and another to support planning and reflection. Together, these tools, and the guidance that accompanies them, aim to help leaders better understand, assess and improve how they involve staff throughout change processes.
