A Workforce Strategy for Adult Social Care in England

Skills for Care recently released the new ‘Workforce Strategy for Adult Social Care in England’, a collaborative strategy developed to create a roadmap for the future of the social care workforce over the next 15 years. The strategy makes recommendations based on input from ‘thousands of stakeholders’, current legislation, and new workforce data with the aim ‘to attract, retain, train and transform the workforce.’
