Wellbeing Report 2025

This report is based on feedback from over 2,000 care workers across the UK. It offers a clear view of the pressures facing the workforce and highlights the need for better support across areas such as mental health, financial stability and workplace culture.

Key findings include:

• 10% of care workers reported feeling unhappy or depressed
• Over one-third said their job negatively affects their mental health, with only 52.63% feeling supported by their employer
• 22.86% have used food banks
• 42% have experienced or witnessed bullying or abuse
• 69% are considering leaving their role.
