Professional Care Workers’ Week (PCWW) 2024 is a week long celebration of the contributions of care workers across the UK. The event runs from 16th – 20th September 2024 and will feature a series of online webinars and information sessions hosted by leading figures in Adult Social Care.

This online event will introduce a new research project called Creating Inclusive Residential Care of LGBTQ+ Elders (CIRCLE) that explores potential ways residential care providers could be supported to make their care services more LGBTQ+ inclusive. The event will share details of a new resource that has been created for residential care homes to help services implement the key principles of LGBTQ+ inclusive practice.
