It’s a register manager’s responsibility to promote a culture of continuous learning across their service and to manage team and individual performance. Effective supervision and appraisal opportunities are a key part of this. As a manager you may have to deal with issues of conduct, disciplinary and grievance procedures both professionally and appropriately to ensure the best outcomes for everyone concerned.
