Integrated working across health and care enhances the care of individuals accessing services. In social care our partners may be other professionals, but they are also the people we support, their families and carers and the communities in which the services operate. Co-production is important to ensure that best practice is embedded in service delivery and registered managers play a key role in ensuring this happens.
