These half-day workshops are for adult social care providers in East Sussex and Brighton & Hove who sponsor internationally recruited staff under the UK Skilled Worker visa route.
The practical, in-person sessions will offer clear, accessible guidance to help providers manage sponsorship responsibilities with confidence and reduce compliance risk. They will cover:
- Meeting sponsorship compliance duties
- Reducing the risk of licence suspension or revocation
- Applying supplementary working rules correctly
- Identifying and addressing early compliance risks
- Strengthening ethical sponsorship practices and workforce stability
