Professional Care Workers’ Week (PCWW) 2024 is a week long celebration of the contributions of care workers across the UK. The event runs from 16th – 20th September 2024 and will feature a series of online webinars and information sessions hosted by leading figures in Adult Social Care.
The University of Chichester recently sent out their 2024/5 course brochure detailing some of the CPD options that are currently open for applications. The modules listed below are all available to study in-person at University of Chichester, Bishop Otter Campus as part of the MA Advanced Professional Practice offer and cost £740 per module.
Developing Professional Leadership (APP04) Course dates: Wednesdays, 10:00am – 16:00pm
These free monthly sessions are delivered virtually by the Sussex Community NHS Foundation trust Medicines Optimisation in Care Homes (MOCH) team and focus on self-care medications, homely remedy medications and personal care medications/items. The sessions provide an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the Self-Care and Homely Remedies Toolkit and resources will be shared with all participants that attend.
