This report, published in August 2025, focuses on the lived experiences of people with dementia and those who support them.

Over 3,000 people affected by dementia took part in the survey. Their insights offer a valuable picture of what is working well, where people are struggling, and where meaningful improvements could be made. The report is a useful resource for policymakers, service providers and communities committed to strengthening support.
