Setting a culture of learning as a leader

Our suite of Organisational Learning programmes focus on the key attributes of both individual learners and the collective learning necessary to bring true cohesion and inclusivity to an organisation.  these include communications skills, critical thinking, learning to learn, problem-solving, Agile learning and much more.  

This 1 day in-person course is for individuals employed in management or team leader posts that train staff on a regular basis. The course is ideal for those who are new to training, or those currently delivering training who have not had formal instruction. Delegates will explore the purpose of training and coaching and mentoring and the tools and techniques for creating a successful learning experience for others.
