This report is intended as a review of current EDI activity in the LSIP Sussex geography, as well as a resource to support stakeholders to further improve their own EDI strategies. It underscores our collective dedication to creating a business landscape in Sussex that is fully inclusive, where every individual has the opportunity to thrive. The report has been created following discussion with many local businesses, hearing their experiences, insights, and best practices in crafting a comprehensive and practical approach to EDI in Sussex.
