Supports activity providers to plan and deliver intergenerational experiences that are intentional, inclusive and meaningful. Includes practical activity ideas, guidance and useful resources to support delivery.

Created to support Care Home Open Week (15th–21st June 2026), this toolkit offers football-themed activity ideas to help services bring people together. Includes suggestions for movement, music, food and reminiscence to support engagement and connection.
